Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize managed-services processes, tools, and services to improve client operations and efficiency.
  • Lead delivery teams through service transitions and ongoing operations, ensuring integration and performance.
  • Own production reliability on AWS and run Kubernetes and AWS services at scale.
  • Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets while maintaining strong observability practices.
  • Lead incident response and facilitate post-mortems.
  • Design and develop automation frameworks using Python, Go, or Bash.
  • Apply AI-assisted operations and introduce AI SRE tooling with sensible guardrails.
  • Oversee program delivery, manage operational risk, monitor SLAs, and mitigate delivery risks.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to align service strategies with business objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and cost reduction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 5 years of experience required.
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required.
  • Substantial SRE experience with real ownership of production reliability on AWS.
  • Experience running Kubernetes and AWS services at scale.
  • Experience defining and managing SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
  • Strong observability, automation, incident leadership, and post-mortem facilitation skills.
  • Strong automation skills in Python, Go, or Bash.
  • Hands-on understanding of AI-assisted operations and AI SRE tooling with appropriate guardrails.
  • AWS certification at Associate level or higher required.
  • AI fluency, automation framework design, business process automation, operational risk management, service management, stakeholder engagement, and intellectual curiosity are valued.
