Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications using Python, React, and React Native.
- Build end-to-end web and mobile applications, including backend services, frontend components, APIs, and database integrations.
- Use AI-assisted development tools and integrate LLM APIs or other AI capabilities when appropriate.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, UX Designers, Architects, QA Engineers, and engineering teams.
- Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and maintain application quality and performance.
- Contribute to cloud-native development, containerized deployments, and CI/CD pipeline configuration using preferred technologies.
- Improve development practices, software architecture, engineering standards, automation, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve issues affecting application stability and availability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on Python development experience.
- Experience developing production-grade applications with React or React Native.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience developing APIs and microservices.
- Strong knowledge of Git and SQL.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams.
