Responsibilities
- Evaluate hospital IT environments and design cloud, hybrid, and on-premises technical architecture blueprints.
- Lead proof-of-concept validation for AI algorithms and onboard new customer sites.
- Coordinate implementations with product management, integration partners, software engineering, clinical teams, and customer technical teams.
- Deliver product technical training and develop reference documents, enablement tools, and implementation frameworks.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and system integration issues, monitor system metrics, file bugs, and act as an escalation point.
- Manage technical project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, status updates, and steering committee communications across multiple implementations.
- Perform construction administration duties including RFIs, RFPs, and change orders.
- Support site surveys, architectural workshops, deployments, and customer engagements across APAC.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Science, Biomedical Engineering, Health Informatics, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role; fresh graduates and diploma holders are also considered.
- Experience or knowledge in healthcare IT, AI, AWS cloud, solutions engineering, systems design, digital pathology, or digital medical algorithms is preferred.
- Understanding of infrastructure design, network topology, server architecture, cloud platforms, encryption, IAM, and firewalls.
- Experience with HL7, FHIR, DICOM, LIS/EMR integration, Windows, Linux/UNIX, batch scripts, networking, and scheduling.
- Programming proficiency in at least one of Python, Java, JavaScript, XML, JSON, or API scripting.
- Familiarity with AI server architecture and deployment of AI models in hospital environments.
- Strong organizational, communication, troubleshooting, problem-solving, escalation-management, and emotional-intelligence skills.
- Willingness to travel regionally across APAC and work independently with limited direct guidance.
