Responsibilities
- Implement and support IAM/CIAM solutions for enterprise and customer-facing applications.
- Integrate applications with IAM platforms and identity providers across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Configure and troubleshoot SSO, MFA, federation, RBAC, and secure authentication journeys.
- Administer, upgrade, migrate, modernize, and harden IAM platforms and policies.
- Develop secure integrations and applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, and REST APIs.
- Remediate vulnerabilities identified through security assessments and scanning tools.
- Support IAM-related AWS deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, and deployment pipelines.
- Contribute to automation, monitoring, security assessments, compliance activities, and design reviews.
- Collaborate with IAM architects, application teams, security teams, and cloud engineers.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in IAM, CIAM, access management, or security engineering.
- Experience with one or more IAM platforms such as PingFederate, SiteMinder, Azure AD, Okta, or similar.
- Understanding of identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, federation, SSO, and MFA.
- Experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, and JWT.
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs, plus knowledge of Spring Security and secure application development.
- Understanding of OWASP Top 10 and vulnerability remediation practices.
- Experience with security scanning tools such as Prisma, Tenable, Veracode, SonarQube, X-Ray, or similar.
- Exposure to AWS services and cloud-based deployments, with experience using Docker, Kubernetes, and deployment pipelines.
- Scripting or automation experience is a plus.
- Preferred qualifications include IAM modernization or migration experience, Zero Trust knowledge, Terraform or Infrastructure as Code experience, backend framework exposure, and relevant IAM, cloud, or security certifications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and independent-working skills.
