Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact for strategic Vista ERP enterprise accounts.
- Resolve complex cloud incidents and maintain integrations using Microsoft Azure technologies.
- Design, configure, and test performance and system-stability dashboards using HTML, JSON, and CSS.
- Analyze customer environments and provide guidance on database optimization, software releases, and operational impacts.
- Manage dedicated enterprise support cases, meet rapid SLA response expectations, and follow up proactively on critical issues.
- Coordinate with customer cloud architects and internal development teams to advocate for feature requests and track bug resolution.
Requirements
- Require 5+ years of experience in enterprise software technical support, customer success engineering, or a closely related technical account management role.
- Require hands-on cloud infrastructure experience with deep proficiency in Microsoft Azure.
- Require experience building trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders and translating technical concepts for non-technical business leaders.
- Require a strong understanding of enterprise software architecture, database performance, and system integration points.
- Prefer experience with Trimble CMS Vista ERP or similar construction management platforms.
- Prefer hands-on experience using HTML, JSON, and CSS for diagnostic interfaces or analytics dashboards.
- Prefer familiarity with CRM platforms, enterprise support ticketing systems, and API integration protocols.
