Responsibilities

  • Define customer requirements and propose and deliver Salesforce solutions.
  • Architect and build Service Cloud and Field Service implementations.
  • Configure Salesforce using Process Builder, Visual Flows, and other platform tools.
  • Build custom applications, Lightning Experience solutions, Field Service Mobile App extensions, Visual Flows, Process Builders, and SLA/entitlement processes.
  • Partner with the Artificial Intelligence team to create innovative Salesforce solutions.
  • Support discovery, design, pre-sales activities, project ownership, solution delivery, and enterprise application architecture.
  • Keep current with Salesforce features and major platform launches.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of hands-on project experience.
  • At least 1 year of Salesforce development or configuration experience.
  • Understanding of customer service and field service operations, including complex use cases across the Salesforce Platform.
  • Hands-on experience with custom applications, Lightning Experience, Field Service Mobile App extensions, Visual Flows, Process Builders, and SLAs/Entitlement Processes.
  • Understanding of release management, application lifecycle management, development lifecycle practices, deployment best practices, and governance.
  • Client-facing experience with pre-sales, project ownership, discovery and design, solution options, and enterprise application architecture.
  • Salesforce certifications are preferred, especially Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Field Service Consultant certifications.
  • A BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar technical field, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
  • Strong Salesforce Platform and architecture knowledge, attention to detail, communication skills, teamwork, and flexibility.
