Responsibilities

Execute new instance installations, upgrades, patch installations, and deployments across customer environments.
Troubleshoot installation and deployment failures by analyzing logs, configuration settings, environment behavior, and application errors.
Support incident resolution, root-cause analysis, defect analysis, configuration remediation, and recurring-issue reduction.
Prepare, execute, and maintain Installation Qualification documentation and other QMS-required deployment records.
Maintain accurate customer version records, ticket information, traceability, and deployment documentation.
Perform patch impact analysis, bug fixing, enhancements, code review, unit testing, patch preparation, and client patch installation.
Ensure deployments comply with security, quality, validation, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Review work instructions and project deliverables and support installation workflow improvements.
Assign and track team tasks, delegate work, set deadlines, review completed work, and approve verification documentation.
Provide technical guidance, coaching, and training to junior team members and communicate deployment risks, blockers, and status to stakeholders.

Typically requires 4–5 years of experience in technical support, application engineering, software troubleshooting, or installation and deployment activities.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience with SQL Server, system configuration, and deployment activities.
Working knowledge of Installation Qualification documentation, validation processes, and regulated software environments.
Proficiency in Windows Server, IIS, and network configuration concepts.
Experience supporting multi-environment deployments, including DEV, VAL, PROD, and customer environments.
Strong troubleshooting skills involving installation failures, logs, configuration, and environment behavior.
Familiarity with change management, release planning, patch installation, and enterprise software lifecycle processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members is preferred.

Chennai, Hyderabad, and Bangalore office roles are onsite five days per week.
