Base Salary
$120k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own product and solution architecture, including complex design specifications and evaluation of performance, scalability, resilience, and security.
- Develop extensible, maintainable, well-tested, secure, and performant software for AI networking infrastructure.
- Create test strategies, including security testing and AI-assisted test automation.
- Review product and test code, ensure coverage and standards compliance, and coach others through code reviews.
- Collaborate across teams to resolve dependencies and ensure system security, compliance, and reliability.
- Apply security best practices and AI safety features across code, architecture, and operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in one or more of C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Ability to pass Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
- Preferred: master's degree with 6+ years of experience, or bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: at least 1 year of experience with high-performance networking, network devices, InfiniBand, RoCE, or NvLink.
Benefits
- U.S. base pay is listed at $119,800-$234,700 per year, with a separate San Francisco Bay Area and New York City range of $160,200-$261,000 per year.
- The role may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
