Responsibilities

  • Design, code, test, and debug high-quality, performant full-stack software features.
  • Participate in code reviews focused on reuse, extensibility, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Implement the product-wide technical roadmap and contribute to cross-team technical initiatives.
  • Plan and execute automated tests and monitor applications in production to identify and resolve client issues.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering Managers to define requirements and design features.
  • Participate occasionally in an on-call rotation to support team software.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Development experience with Python and JavaScript, with Vue preferred, along with corresponding unit testing frameworks.
  • Experience with SQL databases and performance-optimized queries.
  • Experience using Git, Docker, SQLAlchemy, cloud computing platforms, and AWS preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
