Responsibilities
- Develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics 365 CE solutions using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Customize Dynamics 365 forms, views, dashboards, and business rules using Dataverse/Common Data Service, the Web API, and the XRM SDK.
- Build Power Automate workflows and REST API integrations.
- Manage CRM solutions, deployments, troubleshooting, debugging, and production support.
- Use Azure DevOps, Git, and SQL Server in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Dynamics 365 CE development and C#/.NET development.
- Experience with plugin development, custom workflow activities, JavaScript, TypeScript, Dataverse/Common Data Service, Web API, XRM SDK, Power Automate, FetchXML, and REST API integrations.
- Experience with CRM customizations, solution management, deployments, troubleshooting, and debugging.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, SQL Server, and Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Nice-to-have qualifications include Power Apps, Power BI, PCF controls, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Sales, CPQ integrations, ServiceNow integrations, Application Insights, Azure Monitoring, SSIS/data migration tools, KingswaySoft, Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, and global or production support experience.
