Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery lifecycles.
- Establish development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Lead and mentor team members and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components.
- Monitor project progress and implement improvements to delivery efficiency.
- Contribute independently as a subject-matter expert and participate in team discussions.
- Provide solutions to work-related problems and promote technical best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience, including experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) is required.
- Strong understanding of sales and distribution processes within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience designing scalable software architectures for business needs.
- Ability to ensure code quality through code reviews and development standards.
- Knowledge of performance optimization for complex software solutions.
- Ability to lead technical teams and manage software delivery lifecycles.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
