Responsibilities
- Implement ServiceNow solutions across global locations with the ServiceNow team.
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow integrations.
- Provide technical expertise in ITAM, HAM, and SAM modules and processes.
- Translate business needs into standardized solution designs and technical implementations.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly Scripting, and AngularJS.
- Perform component integration testing, troubleshooting, code reviews, and design reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful project delivery and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and provide technical recommendations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITAM, HAM, ITSM, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations and technical solutions.
- Experience with ServiceNow asset-management processes and best practices.
- Experience with ITOM or CSM and knowledge of ITIL.
- Mandatory ServiceNow SPM certification.
- Strong understanding of ITAM, HAM, SAM, and ITSM modules.
- Experience with ServiceNow Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Jelly Scripting, and AngularJS.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-management, and global-delivery skills.
