Responsibilities
- Implement ServiceNow solutions across global locations and provide technical expertise in ITAM, HAM, and SAM.
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow integrations.
- Translate business requirements into standardized processes and technical solution designs.
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Jelly Scripting, and AngularJS.
- Perform component integration testing, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure quality delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in design and code reviews, and provide technical recommendations.
- Apply ServiceNow best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITAM, HAM, SAM, ITSM, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations and asset management processes.
- Experience with ITOM or CSM, along with ITIL knowledge.
- Mandatory ServiceNow SPM certification.
- Experience developing and implementing technical solutions, performing integration testing, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in a global delivery environment.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
