Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing backend systems.
- Build REST APIs and backend services for card payments, treasury management, transaction booking, and crypto liquidity.
- Lead greenfield development and improve existing systems that support the business.
- Apply maintainable coding practices, test-driven development, domain-driven design, and continuous integration and delivery.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in backend development and fluency in Java.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or another engineering or science discipline.
- Track record of building complex products used by millions of people in hypergrowth startups.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English.
- Ambitious, results-driven, and quick-learning approach.
