Responsibilities

Deliver business advisory services for transformation and enterprise management systems.
Design, test, implement, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions from workshops and pilots through proof-of-concepts and deployment.
Build APIs connecting Dataverse-based solutions and support mobile Dynamics 365 solutions.
Develop solutions using Power Apps Portal, Canvas, and/or Model-driven tools.
Plan and cost projects and manage the quality of implementation projects.
Collaborate hands-on with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new Dynamics 365 solutions.
Report R&D project progress, document implementation results, and conduct post-implementation reviews.
Communicate with clients and participate in consulting implementation projects focused on developing new solutions and expanding system functionality.

At least 6 years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE in Sales, Marketing, or other CRM areas as a solution architect or technical consultant with development skills.
Experience building APIs for Dataverse-based solutions.
Experience with mobile Dynamics 365 solutions and Power Apps Portal, Canvas, and/or Model-driven tools.
Experience in project planning and costing and knowledge of system enhancements.
Strong client communication skills and excellent written and verbal English.
Practical experience designing, testing, and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions.
Strong team leader skills are preferred.
A higher education degree is preferred.
Communicative German or another European language is preferred.
