Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and translate them into software designs and solutions.
- Design, code, test, maintain, modify, and troubleshoot software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Analyze system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend performance or availability improvements.
- Support software installation, deployment, monitoring, and release-plan adherence.
- Prepare code documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, stakeholders, and clients.
- Gather client requirements and clarifications, provide customer support, and track fault reports.
- Provide feedback on usability and serviceability and report quality risks.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Mandatory skill: SAP BASIS.
- Ability to analyze requirements, systems flow, data usage, work processes, and software feasibility.
- Experience with software development, coding, debugging, testing, and defect resolution.
- Ability to design test cases and automate software validation processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot software and system issues and recommend performance improvements.
- Ability to create technical documentation, reports, and software design artifacts.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
