Base Salary
$135k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery sessions with new clients to understand product areas and requirements
- Represent Support Engineers within the assigned product area and ensure alignment
- Develop and maintain roadmaps for self-serve launch tools and internal launch settings, including QA processes
- Provide technical support, product demonstrations, presentations, and explanations of complex technical concepts to prospects
- Guide Customer Success Managers through product implementations and support training and escalations
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues after product launch
- Develop in-depth product knowledge to support client needs, knowledge transfer, and implementation
- Attract top-tier talent to join the team
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer at a SaaS company
- Willingness to travel up to 20% to meet prospective clients
- Strong understanding of product development and launch processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Experience collaborating with engineering, operations, and product management teams
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRM tools and support ticketing systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with QA processes and developing self-serve tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a proactive approach to problem-solving and support
- Willingness to work in person at the office 4–5 days per week
