Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze operational challenges within post-sales teams.
- Translate vague problems into clear technical requirements and designs.
- Prioritize a backlog of high-leverage work based on impact and scalability.
- Design and build systems that serve as a reliable source of truth for customer-facing workflows.
- Create internal applications, automations, and AI-powered tools to reduce manual work.
- Drive adoption of built solutions through documentation and tracking of outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience working with Customer Success, Support, or Operations teams.
- Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Proven experience in building internal tools and operational applications.
- Familiarity with large operational datasets and data modeling.
- Understanding of modern application development fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively.
