Responsibilities
- Own features and systems end-to-end across the full stack.
- Partner with product, design, and finance experts to shape product development.
- Set high standards for engineering quality and production reliability.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and hands-on collaboration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of leading large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in Kotlin, Java, or other JVM languages; TypeScript experience is a plus.
- Comfortable making technical decisions and tradeoffs under pressure.
- Actively incorporates AI tools into day-to-day workflows.
- Strong product instincts with a focus on user impact.
