Responsibilities
- Write product or system development code.
- Design, implement, and test features for safe configuration deployments.
- Address distributed-systems, API-development, and large-scale user-migration challenges.
- Define, monitor, and improve Service Level Indicators and Objectives for reliable and efficient configuration deployments.
- Perform root-cause analysis of production issues.
- Apply AI agentic tooling to improve system operability and engineering productivity.
- Collaborate with teams and service owners to deliver configuration rollout solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of software-development experience, or 1 year of industry experience with an advanced degree.
- At least 2 years of experience with Go.
- At least 2 years of experience developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, and system-development solutions.
- Experience with Agile software development.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in computer science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.
- Preferred: experience with generative AI agents, API development, and cloud.
