Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable full-stack applications addressing complex supply chain challenges.
- Own technical solutions end to end from conception and architecture through implementation and deployment.
- Collaborate with product, customer success, and engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, share knowledge, and contribute to engineering and operational excellence practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 5 years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
- At least 5 years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering team leader.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Preferred: at least 5 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: knowledge of software engineering and full software development lifecycle best practices.
- Preferred: experience building complex software systems successfully delivered to customers.
