Responsibilities
- Develop customer applications for Work Order management, scheduling, and dispatch.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key functionalities within custom ServiceNow instances.
- Enhance ServiceNow event rules for proper CMDB binding.
- Interact with technical SMEs to gather necessary environment information for service mapping.
- Develop interfaces tailored to different user audiences based on custom application models.
- Configure, manage, and maintain MID servers.
Requirements
- Experience as a ServiceNow Lead Engineer with a focus on Platform, Custom Apps, and Integrations.
- Ability to communicate and implement Platform/Custom Apps/Integrations.
- Experience developing integrated logic and functional components interfacing with ServiceNow APIs via REST.
- Knowledge of service-oriented and distributed application architecture.
- Understanding of Credential less and Credential based Discovery.
- Proficient in configuring Identification Rules for Service Mapping.
