Responsibilities
- Evaluate product performance and identify bottlenecks.
- Set performance targets for software releases.
- Guide teams in developing performance benchmarks.
- Conduct competitive benchmark analysis for Databricks products.
- Analyze and fix performance issues based on telemetry and customer signals.
Requirements
- BS or higher degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in performance analysis and problem-solving.
- Background in software development, preferably in large-scale distributed systems.
- Ability to document the impact of performance features on customers.
- Strong relationship-building skills with developers and engineers.
