Base Salary

$80k - $100k/yr

Responsibilities

Implement and configure Alkami banking products and third-party software applications.
Manage client configurations and assist with client testing initiatives.
Troubleshoot reported and escalated technical issues and support Client Services teams.
Raise bugs or enhancement requests identified during implementation.
Collaborate with internal teams on technical configuration and requirements.
Participate in client and vendor meetings to understand business requirements.
Train end users and support smooth transitions to Alkami banking products.

At least 2 years of related experience.
At least 2 years of software development or scripting experience with technologies such as C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
At least 2 years of relational database experience with technologies such as Postgres, MSSQL, Oracle, or MySQL.
Relevant experience or an equivalent education background.
Strong ownership and urgency when driving technical challenges to completion.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred experience with financial or healthcare software products and application or environment problem solving.
Willingness to continually learn and improve efficiency and productivity.
