Responsibilities
- Architect and build microservices using Node.js and Go.
- Collaborate with product teams to enhance customer experiences.
- Write readable, testable, and maintainable code.
- Create data-driven APIs for mobile applications.
- Implement excellent development practices for rapid releases.
- Work cross-functionally with mobile and backend engineers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in building backend services.
- 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Experience with microservice architectures.
- Proficiency in the Node.js ecosystem.
- Familiarity with gRPC, protobuf, or GraphQL.
- Experience managing AWS environments.
- Knowledge of relational databases.
- Experience with message queues or event streams.
- Background in financial and rewards tech is a plus.
- Curiosity for modern AI-enhanced development tools.
