Base Salary
$115k - $192k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead client ideation sessions and architect cloud-native agentic AI solutions for financial-services use cases.
- Design multi-agent orchestration patterns covering routing, tool calling, memory management, and guardrails.
- Build documented, version-controlled Python prototypes, including multi-agent pipelines, RAG systems, and tool-use workflows.
- Configure Azure AI Foundry model deployments, prompt flows, evaluation pipelines, and content safety filters.
- Build custom copilots in Microsoft Copilot Studio and configure knowledge sources, Power Platform connectors, and Microsoft 365 or Teams deployment.
- Develop Databricks-based agentic workloads using Mosaic AI Agent Framework, Unity Catalog, MLflow, Model Serving, and related capabilities.
- Integrate LSEG data through RDP APIs, MCP Connectors, and Real-Time Optimized feeds.
- Plan and facilitate innovation workshops using design thinking from problem framing through prototype roadmaps.
- Create reusable accelerators, notebooks, demos, and prototype showcase materials.
- Contribute SOW inputs, LOE estimates, architecture decks, solution narratives, and commercial proposals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in financial engineering, quant analysis, or AI/ML engineering at a bank, trading firm, or financial market infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel for agentic AI.
- Strong Python skills, including asynchronous patterns, API wrappers, Jupyter Notebooks, clean documentation, and version-controlled code.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Prompt Flow, model deployment, evaluation, Azure OpenAI, GPT-4o, and o1.
- Experience building custom copilots with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topic authoring, connector integration, and Microsoft 365 deployment.
- Experience with Databricks Mosaic AI Agent Framework, Unity Catalog, MLflow, and Model Serving.
- Experience designing and delivering client-facing innovation workshops and communicating with C-suite and engineering audiences.
- Financial engineering or capital-markets experience involving areas such as derivatives pricing, risk analytics, fixed income, quant research, equities, FX, rates, credit, or commodities is preferred.
- Familiarity with LSEG products, real-time market data, identifier mapping, time-series databases, Snowflake, design thinking, or CFA Level I is preferred.
- Required certifications include Azure AI Engineer Associate AI-102 or Azure Data Scientist Associate DP-100 and PCEP or an equivalent Python certification.
- Databricks machine-learning or developer certification, CFA Level I, Certified Scrum Developer, or design-thinking qualifications are advantageous.
- An undergraduate degree or higher in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or an equivalent quantitative field is required.
