Responsibilities
- Build and ship AI-powered features that enhance customer workflows.
- Use AI to improve internal processes, including development tools and deployments.
- Engage in hands-on coding and system design across the tech stack.
- Collaborate with engineers, PMs, designers, and content specialists.
- Share knowledge on emerging AI technologies with the team.
- Bring curiosity, creativity, and a bias for action to all tasks.
Requirements
- Strong background in applied AI/ML with hands-on experience in LLMs and generative tools.
- Proven experience shipping real AI features to customers.
- Skilled in context engineering, including prompt design and metadata integration.
- Familiar with orchestration tools like LangChain.
- Creative problem-solver who thrives in ambiguous situations.
- Collaborative team player across product, design, and data.
