Responsibilities
- Design and execute manual and automated tests from the early stages of software development.
- Review feature acceptance criteria with developers and write test plans.
- Test public and private service APIs.
- Maintain test environments that detect functional regressions affecting production.
- Provide detailed reports on executed tests and identified issues.
- Propose and implement tools and practices to improve QA efficiency.
Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of experience in manual and/or automated testing.
- Be fluent in French and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
- Be able to learn quickly and work independently.
- Experience with PowerShell, Bash, C#, or similar scripting and programming languages for test automation is an asset.
- Experience with web testing or development, including HTML, HTTP, React, TypeScript, or Swagger, is an asset.
- Familiarity with Postman or Swagger for API testing is an asset.
- Experience with microservices architectures, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD environments is an asset.
- Experience with Linux and command-line interfaces is an asset.
