Base Salary

$108k - $120k/yr

Responsibilities

Meet with clients to define solution dependencies and transform business practices in line with software design.
Conduct application demonstrations and discovery sessions to refine business and technical requirements.
Identify technical, project, and business challenges and participate in resolving them.
Work with third-party vendors on integration and design issues involving external systems.
Coordinate with Development, Configuration, Project Management, and Support resources on complex integrations and system troubleshooting.
Provide technical leadership, supplemental technical support, knowledge sharing, and documentation for the Technical Consulting organization.
Audit client environments and oversee Alkami product and solution launches.

At least 3 years of technical background and experience.
At least 3 years of customer-facing and client-interaction experience.
At least 3 years of experience with banking core systems such as FIS IBS/Horizon, Fiserv Precision/Premier, or Jack Henry Silverlake.
Ability to travel up to 20%.
Preferred experience with financial services software development and design, core and third-party integrations, Silverlake CIF 2020, or Symitar.
Working knowledge of SQL Server, Microsoft C#, and ASP.NET is preferred.
General knowledge of Internet routing, related protocols, and firewall operations.
Experience designing or implementing scalable, highly available systems is preferred.
Experience in commercial banking, treasury, payments, or cash management is preferred.
