Responsibilities
- Own technical workstreams end-to-end from discovery and design through build, testing, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
- Create delivery plans that make dependencies, milestones, and open decisions visible.
- Make evidence-based readiness decisions at design-complete, build-complete, and cutover gates.
- Turn ambiguous technical problems into escalations containing evidence, options, recommendations, and impact.
- Lead technical workshops and translate complex topics for engineers, business stakeholders, and executives.
- Transfer knowledge so customers can independently operate and support delivered solutions.
- Connect technical decisions to schedule, cost, risk, and client obligations, while identifying scope and budget risk.
- Coach technical consultants and build reusable standards, templates, and playbooks.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading complex technical delivery end-to-end across enterprise implementations, integrations, or cloud initiatives.
- Experience creating and maintaining delivery plans covering dependencies, milestones, and decisions.
- Strong judgment in making evidence-based readiness decisions under schedule pressure.
- Experience presenting decision-ready recommendations rather than raw status updates.
- Ability to lead technical workshops and communicate with engineers through executives.
- Experience transferring knowledge so customers and teammates can operate independently.
- Ability to connect technical decisions to cost, schedule, risk, and client obligations and identify scope or budget risk early.
- Experience coaching or mentoring technical consultants and building reusable standards, templates, or playbooks.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
