Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and operate in-house Generative AI applications, AI agents, APIs, and reusable platform components.
- Build and deploy LLM-powered solutions using prompt engineering, context architecture, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
- Implement build-test-deploy pipelines for AI and agent solutions with emphasis on reproducibility and quality.
- Integrate security, scalability, performance, observability, transparency, explainability, traceability, hallucination mitigation, and AI guardrails.
- Research emerging AI technologies and assess their suitability for adoption.
- Translate business requirements into production-ready AI solutions and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate system and model performance, troubleshoot production issues, manage incidents and changes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Create technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4–5 years of professional experience as an application developer, ideally in AI/ML or backend service development.
- Specialization or demonstrable expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, software engineering, data engineering, and development.
- Strong hands-on experience with LLMs including Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini, as well as modern AI-assisted development workflows.
- Expertise in prompt engineering, context management, and AI search/RAG pipeline design for enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with strong experience developing client-server communications, APIs, and MCP.
- Working knowledge of Terraform and cloud resource management in GCP and Azure.
- Familiarity with LLMOps/AgentOps tooling, LangChain, LangGraph, ADK, and vector databases such as pgvector.
- Experience implementing evaluation frameworks, hallucination mitigation, explainability, source attribution, reasoning transparency, and AI guardrails.
- Experience deploying reliable and scalable AI applications to production and monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving production AI services.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder collaboration, usability, and enterprise delivery skills.
- GitHub Certified: Agentic AI Developer or Claude Certified Architect - Foundations certification is advantageous.
