Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Integrate Salesforce with internal and external applications.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce application issues.
- Participate in Agile development processes, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Uphold code quality standards and Salesforce best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of Salesforce development experience with CPQ skills.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integration.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, are preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing is preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is preferred.
