Responsibilities
- Own the technical implementation of Bloomreach Discovery from kickoff to post-go-live transition.
- Collaborate with pre-sales Solution Architects to confirm features and use cases for implementation.
- Consult clients on modeling and generating product catalogs for Discovery.
- Advise on implementing the Bloomreach pixel/Web SDK for behavioral tracking.
- Guide client developers on using Bloomreach Discovery APIs for storefront experiences.
- Configure and sanity-check account settings in the Discovery admin tools.
- Maintain a Go-Live Health Checklist to ensure all critical items are signed off before launch.
- Support go-live cutover, monitoring performance and resolving launch-critical issues.
- Work with Service Delivery Managers to keep projects on track and highlight risks.
- Identify gaps in documentation and contribute updates to improve future projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in a technical services, solutions engineering, or implementation consulting role.
- Strong hands-on experience with web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and their integration with third-party services.
- Experience with search, recommendation, or personalization technologies is preferred.
- Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills for technical discussions.
- Proven ability to own integration workstreams from requirements to production deployment.
