Base Salary
$180k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable systems that generate reinforcement learning environments.
- Create automated QA systems to validate environment quality and fairness.
- Work directly with AI researchers to understand effective training data.
- Support new product lines as the company expands beyond coding environments.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Typescript, React, NodeJS, Postgres, and Redis.
- Experience in designing scalable systems and QA processes.
- Strong critical thinking skills regarding coding environments.
- Ability to collaborate with researchers and adapt to new challenges.
