$262k - $354k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver AI-native product experiences for mid-market ERP customers using AI and agentic technologies.
- Architect and implement AI-native workflows featuring automation, human-in-the-loop approvals, explainability, proactive data signals, and decision support.
- Evaluate and apply LLM orchestration, multi-agent systems, tool use, retrieval, and evaluation frameworks.
- Drive end-to-end technology initiatives and implement durable, highly available, scalable, secure, observable, and reliable services.
- Partner with product, design, and other internal and external groups on requirements, cross-functional design, solution integration, and onboarding.
- Define development best practices, tools, technical direction, and AI-assisted development workflows.
- Resolve complex technical problems, evaluate emerging technologies, and contribute to prototypes, patents, and process improvements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers in AI-native development practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience developing systems or software for large business environments.
- 5+ years of experience designing complex distributed systems, management products, or business applications; ERP, financials, or operations experience is a strong plus.
- Strong applied AI background spanning traditional machine learning and Generative AI; hands-on production agentic experience is a major plus.
- Experience with LLM APIs, orchestration frameworks, prompt and context engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, tool use, function calling, multi-agent architectures, and evaluation or guardrail frameworks.
- Strong design and coding skills in one or more of Java, Python, and TypeScript, including REST/JSON service design.
- Experience with object-oriented design, service-oriented and domain-driven design, robust scalable web services, and real-time and batch processing architectures.
- Experience with Kafka, Pub/Sub, Spark or PySpark, SageMaker, and feature or vector stores for AI-driven data processing.
- Experience instrumenting, evaluating, and iterating on production AI systems through offline evaluations, online experimentation, and quality or safety monitoring.
- Ability to work across business strategy, product strategy, high-level and detailed technical design, implementation, and complex solution synthesis.
