Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise API and integration solutions using IBM API Connect and DataPower.
- Create, publish, secure, and manage REST and SOAP APIs in APIC environments.
- Develop GatewayScript, XSLT, XPath, and transformation services for complex integrations.
- Design scalable integration architectures for cloud, hybrid-cloud, and on-premises applications.
- Implement API security, authentication, authorization, encryption, and governance policies.
- Deploy and support APIC and DataPower solutions in OpenShift and containerized environments.
- Integrate Salesforce, loan origination systems, servicing systems, payment gateways, fraud platforms, and third-party vendor solutions.
- Conduct code, design, and technical solution reviews.
- Troubleshoot production issues involving APIs, middleware, networking, cloud connectivity, and application integrations.
- Support automated deployment pipelines and DevOps initiatives using GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab, or similar tools.
- Participate in off-hours, weekend, and critical-event on-call production support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- Strong experience with IBM API Connect and IBM DataPower Gateway.
- Experience with REST, JSON, SOAP, XML, WSDL, XSD, XPath, XSLT, GatewayScript, and related integration technologies.
- Strong understanding of API lifecycle management, API governance, and API security best practices.
- Experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, mutual TLS, LDAP integration, and certificate-based authentication.
- Experience with OpenShift Container Platform, Kubernetes concepts, and container deployments.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Experience with production support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
- Experience with IBM MQ integration and messaging patterns.
- Experience with high-availability and resilient system design patterns.
- Knowledge of event-driven and microservices architectures.
- Exposure to logistics, transport, or enterprise integration domains.
- Passion for ITIL principles, frameworks, and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
- Strong troubleshooting, optimization, collaboration, and documentation skills.
