Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and develop Java and Spring-based microservices for asset and wealth management processes.
- Implement Spring Boot services integrating upstream and downstream systems for transaction processing and portfolio data consolidation.
- Configure and optimize Docker-based environments across development, testing, and production.
- Develop AngularJS dashboards, trade workflows, and reporting interfaces.
- Build Kafka-driven event integrations for real-time streaming, pricing updates, and analytics.
- Use Spring Integration, Spring MVC, and Spring Core to implement workflows and maintainable enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, QA teams, and platform teams in a hybrid environment.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
- Optimize performance through profiling, tuning, caching, and efficient data access.
- Apply authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and operational runbooks.
- Support production releases and troubleshoot containerized environments.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of hands-on Java development experience.
- Strong expertise with Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and related frameworks.
- Experience building cloud-ready microservices using configuration, service discovery, and resiliency patterns.
- Strong hands-on Docker experience, including containerization and optimization.
- Solid Kafka experience with topic design, consumer groups, serialization, and monitoring.
- Experience developing AngularJS single-page applications with modular architecture and secure API integrations.
- Deep asset and wealth management knowledge covering portfolios, instruments, trade lifecycle, settlements, and reporting.
- Experience with Spring Integration or similar financial-systems integration tools.
- Strong SQL and data-modeling skills.
- Awareness of financial technology trends, cloud-native development, and secure coding practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
