Base Salary
$100k - $137k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic discovery engagements with enterprise clients to design tailored workflow architectures and long-term digital strategies.
- Serve as a technical liaison and mentor across Professional Services, Product, and Development teams to guide new product introductions.
- Collaborate with executive partners and project management teams to improve delivery methodologies and internal consulting environments.
- Resolve complex architectural escalations and drive continuous process improvements across client engagements.
- Manage complex client relationships, gather requirements, and drive multi-project engagements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience implementing and supporting Trimble Construction One software applications, including Trimble App Xchange.
- 5+ years of professional consulting experience specifically within the construction industry.
- Deep expertise in construction business processes, including accounting principles such as General Ledger, AP/AR, and Payroll, or project management workflows such as Job Costing, Change Management, and Billing.
- Proven experience managing complex client relationships, gathering requirements, and driving multi-project engagements.
- Familiarity with project management practices and enterprise tools such as Salesforce and Google Suite.
- Experience with Smartsheet or Professional Services Automation tools such as Kantata is a bonus.
- PMP certification or a formal background in instructional design and technical consulting is a bonus.
