Base Salary

$121k - $201k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement features and components within Freestyle Orchestrator with increasing independence.
  • Write secure, performant, high-quality code and improve code coverage, test strategy, automation, and performance.
  • Build expertise in orchestration, workflow execution, cross-platform integration, and enterprise IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, architects, and other teams to resolve dependencies and deliver features.
  • Contribute to monitoring, diagnostics, resilience, scaling, alerting, runbooks, and SLA performance.
  • Participate in on-call and incident response, including 5-Whys analyses and corrective actions.
  • Maintain software security and address security, deprecation, and product currency issues.
  • Contribute to SDLC processes and CI/CD tooling.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance and potentially lead small projects.
  • Help customers adopt the product and suggest improvements to business processes and policies.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of software engineering experience.
  • Strong coding skills and a track record of delivering secure, performant, quality code.
  • Specialized technical expertise in at least one area with growing breadth across IT subjects.
  • Ability to work independently, analyze problems, and implement solutions with minimal supervision.
  • Understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, cloud-native architectures, and secure SDLC practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Good communication, collaboration, initiative, creativity, and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred experience with workflow engines, orchestration platforms, device management solutions, Docker, Maven, Artifactory, cloud deployment pipelines, and Workspace ONE UEM or similar enterprise mobility platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
