Base Salary
$121k - $201k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement features and components within Freestyle Orchestrator with increasing independence.
- Write secure, performant, high-quality code and improve code coverage, test strategy, automation, and performance.
- Build expertise in orchestration, workflow execution, cross-platform integration, and enterprise IT solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, architects, and other teams to resolve dependencies and deliver features.
- Contribute to monitoring, diagnostics, resilience, scaling, alerting, runbooks, and SLA performance.
- Participate in on-call and incident response, including 5-Whys analyses and corrective actions.
- Maintain software security and address security, deprecation, and product currency issues.
- Contribute to SDLC processes and CI/CD tooling.
- Provide mentorship and guidance and potentially lead small projects.
- Help customers adopt the product and suggest improvements to business processes and policies.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong coding skills and a track record of delivering secure, performant, quality code.
- Specialized technical expertise in at least one area with growing breadth across IT subjects.
- Ability to work independently, analyze problems, and implement solutions with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, cloud-native architectures, and secure SDLC practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good communication, collaboration, initiative, creativity, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Preferred experience with workflow engines, orchestration platforms, device management solutions, Docker, Maven, Artifactory, cloud deployment pipelines, and Workspace ONE UEM or similar enterprise mobility platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
