Base Salary
$144k - $205k/yr
Responsibilities
- Exceed sales targets and establish Netskope’s solution as the best response to customer requirements and business needs.
- Present Netskope’s cloud security architecture and solution to prospective customers, including senior security leaders, CISOs, and CIOs.
- Create and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, conference sessions, and seminars.
- Construct best practices for presentations, demonstrations, proof-of-concept/value exercises, and overall win strategies.
- Gather customer technical requirements and create evaluation test plans with customers and partners.
- Lead proof-of-concepts and manage evaluation processes through successful completion.
- Act as the customer advocate for issues requiring HQ Support assistance and help resolve customer satisfaction issues cross-functionally.
- Provide product feedback and feature requests from customers to the Product Management team.
- Analyze competitive solutions and articulate differentiation.
- Respond effectively to RFIs and RFPs and work trade shows as needed.
Requirements
- At least five years of relevant experience as a Solutions Engineer or Systems Engineer with a proven record of presenting technical information to business executives or architects.
- Strong customer empathy, passion for revenue and growth, communication and presentation skills, and comfort influencing technical and executive audiences.
- Experience installing, configuring, and administering Linux, macOS, and Windows systems.
- Proficiency with mobile device technologies and operating systems including MDM/MAM, Android, and iOS.
- Knowledge of certificates, key management systems, HSM, and related protocols.
- Hands-on experience with Web Proxy, NGFW, Security Gateways, remote access and site-to-site VPN, SAML/SSO, DLP, data security, and regular expressions.
- Experience with Cloud Identity Providers, SCIM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and SD-WAN deployments and integrations.
- Experience with Active Directory Services and ADFS; Azure AD knowledge is desired.
- Experience with public cloud environments including AWS, Azure, and GCP, plus cloud-based SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS technologies.
- Working knowledge of the threat landscape and ability to explain complex technology behaviors simply.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in computer science or a related field.
- Scripting experience with Python and REST APIs is desirable.
- Experience with cloud security vendors such as Bluecoat, Symantec, McAfee, Checkpoint, Cisco, or Juniper is advantageous.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSK, CCSP, CCSE, GCFW, PCNSE, JNCIS-SEC, JNCIP-ENT, GCIH, CSPO, CSM, CSP, PMP, CCNP, CCIE, JNCIE, or other advanced network certifications are desirable.
