Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, maintain, and optimize software modules and applications.
- Perform coding, troubleshoot issues, fix errors, and improve system performance and availability.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, release planning, and error-free implementation.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and investigate software and system problem areas.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, analysts, functional teams, and engineering staff.
- Document software solutions using specifications, flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, reports, and other formal documentation.
- Provide project status updates, MIS reports, progress tracking, and other requested documentation.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, respond to customer requests, and support customer experience.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities to maintain current technical skills.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory full-stack MERN development skills.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design software solutions, and develop application code.
- Experience with software testing, validation automation, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and performance improvement.
- Ability to prepare technical documentation, reports, and project status updates.
- Ability to collaborate with clients and cross-functional engineering and delivery teams.
- Ability to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.
