Responsibilities
- Architect and scale a high-availability Yield Engine managing billions in assets.
- Build brokerage infrastructure and trading interfaces for a new investment product from the ground up.
- Develop production web applications and distributed systems with strong performance, consistency, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and analysts to define priorities and deliver customer value.
- Break complex projects into incremental milestones and coordinate delivery across teams.
- Own technical decisions, select appropriate tools, and resolve issues in systems you build.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience developing web applications and distributed systems in a production environment.
- Knowledge of common software design and architectural patterns.
- Ability to write clean, performant, and well-tested code.
- Strong product mindset with a focus on user experience and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to break down complex projects and coordinate work across teams.
- Knowledge of Java and Spring Boot is valued.
- Experience with a messaging system such as Kafka is a plus.
