Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design of gameplay systems and help shape gameplay experiences.
- Develop, modify, debug, deploy, optimize, and test gameplay software for PC.
- Code and architect gameplay mechanics and tools using script and C/C++.
- Collaborate with design, animation, audio, art, QA, and other internal departments.
- Document software and features for internal and external teams.
- Participate in code reviews and take ownership of large gameplay features.
Requirements
- Professional experience developing games and shipping AAA titles.
- Experience using Unreal Engine 4/5.
- Strong C++ skills and the ability to code and architect gameplay mechanics and tools.
- Strong mathematics, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of games and the ability to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of existing game designs.
- Self-motivation, independence, strong work ethic, creativity, and a keen interest in games.
