Base Salary
$127k - $153k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and manage AI infrastructure and workflows.
- Develop, monitor, and optimize AI models for IT support automation.
- Partner with IT Systems, Data Engineering, and Security teams for ethical AI deployment.
- Integrate AI tools into Justworks’ SaaS ecosystem.
- Define and maintain standard operating procedures for AI workflows.
- Collaborate with teams to assess automation opportunities using AI.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor on AI operations.
- Contribute to documentation and governance frameworks for AI systems.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and share insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT Systems Engineering, DevOps, or AI/ML Operations.
- Hands-on experience with AI workflow orchestration tools.
- Proficiency in Python, API integrations, and automation scripting.
- Experience managing LLM-based or ML-powered applications in production.
- Knowledge of Okta, Atlassian, and SaaS automation platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud environments and CI/CD best practices.
- Experience building secure and auditable automations.
- Proven record of mentorship and cross-functional collaboration.
- Passion for continuous learning in AI and automation.
