Responsibilities
- Partner with business units and support functions to identify workflows, pain points and opportunities for AI value creation.
- Lead AI use cases from discovery and scoping through prototyping, implementation, rollout and continuous improvement.
- Design, build and adapt AI agents and AI-enabled workflows for regulated banking processes.
- Monitor deployed AI agents and optimise their usage, performance and business impact.
- Facilitate workshops to identify, prioritise and shape practical AI implementations.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and explain technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Capture deployment learnings and develop reusable patterns and scalable approaches.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, engineering, data science, business informatics, innovation management, finance, economics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working at the intersection of business and technology and building trust with internal clients and cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying practical technology solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of modern AI systems and agentic workflows, including LLM integration, retrieval, tool use, context orchestration, evaluations, guardrails, observability and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Ability to analyse complex workflows, simplify ambiguity and translate business requirements into responsible practical solutions.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Private banking, wealth management or financial services experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with security, governance, risk management, data privacy and regulatory requirements is preferred.
- Experience with software development, data management, system integration, cloud technologies, AI or automation tools, and organisational change is preferred.
- German and other languages relevant to LGT locations are advantageous.
