Responsibilities
- Deliver enterprise-grade integrations and facilitate technical interactions throughout the customer journey.
- Lead technical discussions with customers during project delivery.
- Partner with pre-sales architects, consulting delivery managers, implementation consultants, and project managers to design and implement integrated solutions.
- Oversee technical development and maintain standard operating procedure documentation for technical delivery and third-party integrations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, validate reported problems, and provide proven solutions.
- Provide post-deployment technical support for customer integration issues.
- Assess integration requirements, identify solutions, and explain integration processes and capabilities during pre-sales and post-sales stages.
- Develop integration solutions through program coding, IPaaS orchestration, and ETL configuration, and identify necessary Workfront configuration.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience is required, with the posting also citing a minimum of 4 years and 8+ years of overall software development experience.
- Bachelor's degree and 15 years of full-time education are required.
- At least 5 years of client-facing integration or implementation experience is desired, including integration, software development, networking, or operations.
- Experience with Workfront Fusion, Dell Boomi, or an equivalent Integration Platform as a Service provider is desired.
- Proficiency in Java, PHP, or Python, as well as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
- Experience with data migration from previous client tools and systems.
- Experience implementing solutions in SaaS-based environments and enterprise systems of record such as ERP, HCM/HRIS, or SFA/CRM systems.
- Experience working with third-party software integrations.
- Strong technical, analytical, troubleshooting, communication, prioritization, and consultative skills.
