Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into logical technical designs and define technical solutions in Salesforce.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to align business processes with Salesforce best practices.
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
- Own Salesforce solutions end-to-end, using advanced tools for design, build, test, and deployment.
- Conduct coding and development according to industry standards and best practices.
- Manage change management and deployment processes for the Salesforce code base.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure high code quality and adherence to design patterns.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Salesforce development in a complex B2B environment.
- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and related systems.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including custom apps and complex content.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders across the organization.
- Effective communication skills with diverse individuals at various organizational levels.
- Familiarity with advanced Apex programming concepts and efficient trigger handling.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs for integration with other tools and applications.
- Expertise in key Salesforce programming languages including Apex, Visualforce, and JavaScript.
- Experience with CI/CD and deployment techniques in Salesforce.
