Responsibilities
- Participate in technical discussions with customers to gather requirements and clarify objectives.
- Convert customer needs into clear requirements, user stories, or technical specifications.
- Work with product and engineering teams to prototype, specify, and validate solutions.
- Perform data analysis of SSA datasets to support customer requests.
- Produce technical notes and documentation explaining solutions and recommendations.
- Help triage customer-reported issues and coordinate fixes with engineering.
- Assist in preparing and delivering demos and technical briefings for customers.
- Capture customer feedback to inform product improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Data Science, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in an engineering, analytics, or technical customer-facing role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Practical experience with data analysis tools like Python and SQL.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.
