Base Salary
$205k - $209k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test software applications for the Rider Pricing Platform.
- Design and implement backend solutions for algorithmic pricing.
- Build software components that integrate into fully functional software systems.
- Evaluate complex technical data, developments, and projects and recommend solutions to technical issues.
- Support business operations and improve engineering productivity.
- Resolve production issues involving product and system reliability.
- Debug and monitor production services.
- Participate in weekly on-call rotations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on rider pricing projects.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- Experience with C++, Python, Java, Git, or SVN.
- Experience with SQL or MySQL.
- Experience developing data structures and algorithms.
- Experience designing technology stacks.
- Experience with debugging and monitoring production services, distributed systems, software development lifecycle practices, full-stack application development, Spring Java Framework, and Kafka.
