Responsibilities
- Design technical architecture for new backend features.
- Lead and perform code reviews.
- Ensure the quality, performance, and maintainability of delivered software.
- Act as the team’s technical referent and participate in architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with PPO and business teams.
- Participate in incident resolution.
- Own production deployment, supervision, incident analysis, performance optimization, and operational maintenance.
- Process, enrich, and distribute real-time inland transport tracking data through APIs, push notifications, and EDI.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or engineering diploma.
- Proven experience in software development.
- Technical leadership experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Strong teamwork, problem-solving, ownership, independence, adaptability, and remote collaboration skills.
